Title:

Digital Execution Manager

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.

KBR is looking for a Digital Delivery/Digital Execution Manager, to help support a large scale EPC project.

  • Is responsible for driving digital transformation within large-scale projects in the EPC space
  • To collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, corporate digital teams, and other EPC companies
  • Goal; to create new and support efficient ways of executing mega projects by integrating digital tools, managing resources, supporting policies and company directives, managing information systems, and supporting project and operation strategies

Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Change Management:

  • Lead and coordinate digital activities during the program and project phases
  • Define the digital scope, strategy, and implementation plan
  • Align clients, operations, and other EPC companies at an executive level

Data Standards and Interfaces:

  • Define data standards, software interfaces, and ways of working across EPC groups and the project management team.
  • ROI Assessment:
  • Evaluate and introduce new digital technologies, assessing their return on investment

Team Leadership:

  • Lead the digital team to ensure successful project completion

Experience, knowledge, and/or familiarization with the following:

  • Client Asset Visualization
  • Knowledge of Engineering and Information Systems
  • Industry applications related to Digital Delivery
  • In-depth knowledge of project execution and digital approaches
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Digital Project Execution (DPE), which uses a data-centric approach to reduce costs and improve information transfer to operations teams
  • Data Management
  • 3D Model Management
  • Document Management

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree in Information Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or an MBA
  • 15+ years of experience in related projects, including Senior Project/Program Management
  • Understanding the organization of Engineering data required for owners to construct, maintain, and operate a facility
  • Must be familiar with technical specifications, data models, reference data, and the preparation of such systems for data handover
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze content and create business models to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in Python to create POCs as needed to evaluate software solutions.
