Dominic DiPietro is the owner of ROI Construction, LLC. He grew up roofing for his father, Richard DiPietro Sr under the company name Association Management, LLC. Association Management provided impeccable roofing and gutter services to the communities of DC, Maryland, and Virginia for over 25 years. The company was well known in the area and was even featured in the Washingtonian. Dominic worked alongside his father under Association Management learning how to install roofs at the highest quality. When Richard made the decision to retire, Dominic told his father it would be an honor to continue his legacy.

In 2018 ROI Construction, LLC was developed using some of the very same crews that provided services to hundreds of elated customers in the past. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with clients.

Duties:
– Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to generate new leads
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
– Utilize technology sales tools to enhance productivity and track sales metrics
– Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field
– Strong negotiation and customer service skills
– Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluent in is a plus
– Demonstrated success in outside sales, door to door, business development, and account management

Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
