Job Description: PowerHIRED is seeking experienced Solar Construction Professionals, including Project Managers and Superintendents, to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in solar construction, who can manage and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Managers: Develop project plans, manage budgets, oversee project execution, and ensure timely completion.
- Superintendents: Supervise on-site construction activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain quality control.
- General Duties: Collaborate with engineers and technicians, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solar construction for residential and commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Technical proficiency in solar systems and construction practices.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
