The Role

The Project Coordinator team is a growing organization that works at the forefront of driving Kins business. Your contribution to the success of the organization and your ability to coordinate projects allows you to focus on driving accounts to interconnection, provide a world class customer experience, build and maintain standard operating procedures, and rely on data and analytics for critical decision making. Our Project Coordinators are the cornerstone of our customer journey, serving as a single, direct point of contact from the point of sale to system activation. In this role, you’ll address customer needs, deliver WOW experiences, answer questions, and educate customers.

  • Manage and prioritize projects to ensure a premium customer experience from sale to PTO
  • Provide immediate support to your customers to resolve challenges and escalate issues
  • Maximize customer retention and pull-through

Required Skills:

  • Advanced project planning and management experience
  • Ability to provide world class customer service

Required Experience:

  • Proven sales background, with a preference for solar sales experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong business acumen, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with Solar CRM systems.
