Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Solar Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for setting appointments with homeowners for our Energy Consultants. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in sales and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced industry.
Job Responsibilities:
– Identify and qualify potential customers via door-to-door canvassing, setting appointments for further engagement and sales opportunities
– Use our CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and manage leads
– Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer appointments
– Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to continually enhance your sales competencies and industry understanding
Qualifications:
– No previous sales experience required!
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent customer service abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in using software applications such as Salesforce
– Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
