Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Department: Warehouse

Location: Wilmer, TX

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the product delivery process according to sales orders and ensure timely and accurate accounting.
• Monitor and approve central warehouse documents and ensure the warehouse fire safety.
• Maintain the storage environment of the material and product warehouses and prevent any damage to the inventory products or materials.
• Ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials and products in the external warehouse and optimize the logistics operation.
• Develop and execute the work plan, lead and supervise the warehouse staff to achieve the target task.
• Organize and conduct warehouse inventory work, ensure consistency between cards, accounts, and physical items, and oversee the prompt handling of obsolete and defective products.
• Develop and implement effective management systems and methods for material and product warehouses.
• Be responsible for warehouse cost control analysis, budgeting, and overall personnel arrangement and performance evaluation.
• Participate in a mandatory training program in Southeast Asia and China, learning from the best practices and experiences of our global operations.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of warehouse, team lead, inventory control, materials management, or related experience is required.
• Proficient in all Warehouse Technician skills.
• Thorough understanding of warehouse inventory control systems and purchase orders.
• Ability to problem solve and do reconciliations and root cause analysis.
• Solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in logistics, supply chain, or related field is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
