Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate homeowners about solar energy and our unique programs.
  • Generate business through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, and participating in local events.
  • Meet weekly targets: Collect 3-5 energy bills, set 2-3 appointments, and aim to close 1-2 projects.

Requirements:

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Characteristics: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a self-starter approach.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, but not required.

Training and Development:

  • Comprehensive onboarding with ongoing training in solar products, sales techniques, and industry best practices using both in-person and extensive online platforms.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Uncapped commission with average first-year earnings between $56K-$88K.
  • Quarterly and annual bonuses, plus incentives for gas, phone, and gym memberships.

Pay: $56,000.00 – $88,000.00 per year
