Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing Utility Solar facilities as well as managing activities in accordance with assigned customers contracts and appropriate customer requests, contributing to customer retention by maintaining excellent service and communication.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals
– Monitor and manage regional profit and loss statements
– Lead and mentor a team of managers and supervisors
– Oversee project management activities to ensure timely completion
– Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
– Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
– Support portfolio event(s) and escalate, when appropriate, to senior management.
– Support Plant Managers/Technicians, responding to their performance needs/concerns, and alerting management, HR, Payroll, and/or other departments as appropriate, while maintaining confidentiality. Manage Plant Managers/Technicians, while supporting the company and encouraging their career development and learning.
Requirements:
– 7+ years of experience in PV Solar or BESS O&M
– Proven experience in managing regional operations in the PV solar O&M field
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise teams
– Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities
– Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
– Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving targets
– Ability to travel within the region as needed
