Job Description

Primarily seeking leadership but open to the right individual sales representatives.

Seeking experienced Solar Professionals who no longer want to operate on a redline model. We do a profit share that allows everyone to sell all the way down to a 2.0 in Arizona. Never lose a solar bidding war again. Profit share allows every rep to be able to compete in an extremely competitive market, and not have to price gouge the customer to make money.

Solar Pros has the best training and best resources available on the market. We use Aurora for proposals, Volt for canvassing, and an in house CRM that allows you to track your jobs in real time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Represent Solar Pros professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert on our industry
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities to hone your craft and build leadership skills
  • All sales positions daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $31,261.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
