About The Job:

Residential Enrollment Agent

As a Residential Enrollment Agent, you will play a key role in expanding our community solar program and helping Maine residents and businesses save money on their electricity bills. You will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of community solar and enrolling them in our program. You will also be responsible for building relationships with community partners and businesses. Most importantly you will play a key role in helping Maine reach their goal of going 100% green by 2050.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of community solar.
  • Enroll customers in our community solar program.
  • Build relationships with community partners and businesses.
  • Attend community events and outreach activities.
  • Generate leads and close deals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in related fields, such as marketing, sales, or environmental science.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of community solar and the benefits of renewable energy (we are willing to train).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $75,000 – $125,000 per year.
