About the role

We are looking for a driven and proactive Project Manager to manage the development of our energy storage system. As a Project Manager, you will manage the scope of work, resources, budget, and schedule. You will monitor projects from initiation through delivery and interface with internal team members. Primary Responsibilities

  • Have full responsibility and accountability for the project deliverables and outcomes.
  • Organize project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensure communication facilitates completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Define project roles and responsibilities and lead the project planning activities. Direct the creation, approval, and enforce ongoing change control of the project plan.
  • Perform detailed project tracking, recognize when problems occur, bring the right people together to solve them with the proper sense of urgency.
  • Manage project priorities and perform risk management.
  • Drive ownership of decisions
  • Collaborate and build relationships across the organization.
  • Develop a detailed project plan, budget, and task management to achieve task order objectives.
  • Provide status on progress toward objectives to management and team members.
  • Manage deliverables to/from and oversee communication with Key partners and suppliers.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 4-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar
  • Highly proficient with MS Project and Project Online Server
  • Excellent understanding of the business case and cost-benefit analysis
  • Strong knowledge of product life management and the gated methodology
  • Familiar with RACI matrix and understand how to perform stakeholder analysis and management.
  • Exceptional oral communication and formal presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team with initiative, creativity, and innovation.
  • Excellent program/project management skills and experience managing subcontractors.
  • High level of business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget.
  • Exceptional management and leadership skills and ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineering background
  • Experience working in Aerospace/Automotive/Electronics work environment.


Work Authorization

  • Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided for this role. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire and must maintain authorization to work in the United States throughout their employment without the assistance of magniX.


Location

  • Applicants must be willing and able to commute to magniX’s location in Everett, Washington. Relocation is not offered for this role.

This position’s approximate base salary range is $105,000.00-125,000.00 per year, depending on experience and education.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. Under 120.15, a U.S. Person includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees. As this position requires access to export-controlled data, an appropriate export authorization by the U.S. Government may be required prior to such access. Employment, and the continuity of employment of non-U.S. persons, is contingent upon the companys ability to secure and maintain the necessary export control authorization.
