About the role
We are looking for a driven and proactive Project Manager to manage the development of our energy storage system. As a Project Manager, you will manage the scope of work, resources, budget, and schedule. You will monitor projects from initiation through delivery and interface with internal team members. Primary Responsibilities
- Have full responsibility and accountability for the project deliverables and outcomes.
- Organize project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensure communication facilitates completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Define project roles and responsibilities and lead the project planning activities. Direct the creation, approval, and enforce ongoing change control of the project plan.
- Perform detailed project tracking, recognize when problems occur, bring the right people together to solve them with the proper sense of urgency.
- Manage project priorities and perform risk management.
- Drive ownership of decisions
- Collaborate and build relationships across the organization.
- Develop a detailed project plan, budget, and task management to achieve task order objectives.
- Provide status on progress toward objectives to management and team members.
- Manage deliverables to/from and oversee communication with Key partners and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 4-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar
- Highly proficient with MS Project and Project Online Server
- Excellent understanding of the business case and cost-benefit analysis
- Strong knowledge of product life management and the gated methodology
- Familiar with RACI matrix and understand how to perform stakeholder analysis and management.
- Exceptional oral communication and formal presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team with initiative, creativity, and innovation.
- Excellent program/project management skills and experience managing subcontractors.
- High level of business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget.
- Exceptional management and leadership skills and ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering background
- Experience working in Aerospace/Automotive/Electronics work environment.

Location
- Applicants must be willing and able to commute to magniX’s location in Everett, Washington. Relocation is not offered for this role.

This position’s approximate base salary range is $105,000.00-125,000.00 per year, depending on experience and education.
