About the Role

Redeux Energy is seeking a Junior Project Scheduler that will assist the Program Management and Development Teams in project initiation and ongoing administration of project schedules to ensure tasks are executed on time and risks are communicated effectively to leadership. This is an opportunity to help the Redeux teams through this growth period while developing a deep understanding of the utility-scale renewable business.

Position Responsibilities:

The Junior Project Scheduler will report to the Director of Program Management. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Develop project schedules with input from regional development leads and cross functional team members;
  • Coordinate with regional developers on a weekly to monthly basis to ensure scheduling activities are accurately tracked and monitored;
  • Support the use of Redeuxs project and program management systems and tools – including scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and document management;
  • Support development and finance teams in forecasting efforts to facilitate quarterly reporting;
  • Support monthly cost and schedule reports to demonstrate the performance of regional prospecting and active pipeline projects;
  • Document project management best practices to assist the maturation of the company;
  • Facilitate consistent data and records management across teams;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project scheduling, ideally for large capital-intensive infrastructure projects. They can work well in a matrix organization and interact well with all the functional groups. Direct experience with utility-scale renewable projects is preferred, but strong project management experience from other industries is welcome.

  • 1-3 years of experience scheduling [NE1] [JI2] or managing large capital projects (Applicable education may be substituted);
  • Skilled user of project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera (P6), Experience with OnePlan is an advantage ;
  • Working knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM);
  • Fundamental understanding of Project Management (PMBOK) best practices;
  • Understanding of budget and schedule interdependencies and ability to support finance teams with accurate cash flow projections;
  • Advanced analytical skills including use of Microsoft Excel (or similar);
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills also must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and diligent;
  • Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced business environment while managing competing deadlines;
  • Strong interest in renewable energy industry preferred, and renewable energy transaction experience preferred, but not required;
  • Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or similar is preferred.

Compensation and Culture

  • This position is a Full-Time, onsite position located at our office in Downtown Denver
  • Base compensation up to $70,000-$90,000/ year DOE
  • Performance-based, annual bonus opportunity.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
