Duties:
– Conduct consultations with potential customers to assess their energy needs and recommend solar solutions
– Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products
– Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
– Utilize our CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress
– Provide technical sales support to customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction

Requirements:
– Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical or energy sales
– Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
– Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
– Leadership qualities to drive sales initiatives and meet targets
– Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
– Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
