The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and maintenance of our sales operations within your designated market. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales & leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Duties:

– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets

– Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

– Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and performance metrics

– Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

– Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and fostering a positive work environment

Qualifications:

– Proven track record in technology sales or related field

– Strong understanding of the market dynamics and industry trends

– Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a focus on driving revenue growth

– Experience in account management and building long-term customer relationships

– Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software

– Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

– Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team

– Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations
