Overview
The Solar Sales Advisor is responsible for generating sales and providing customer support for solar panel installation services. The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of solar energy, and sales experience in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads, follow up on leads, and convert leads into sales.
- Provide information and advice to customers on solar panels and energy systems.
- Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of solar panel installation.
- Create project quotations and pricing proposals for clients.
- Manage customer relationships and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the installation team to manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and developments in solar energy technology.
- Attending industry events and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the company.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- With 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Solar sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently.

- Willingness to travel as required.

Working Conditions:
This position requires the Solar Sales Advisor to work from an office, but most of the time he or she will be working on the field as well as attending client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required. The Solar Sales Advisor may also be required to work extended hours during peak periods or to meet sales targets.
