Our Location
Energy Trust provides for a range of work location options, including remote, hybrid and in-office work. This position will represent Energy Trust in public settings and potentially at community events. We are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington. The Sr. Project Manager, CaNI would be expected to report to the office on a quarterly basis, at minimum.
This position will assume responsibilities to implement and project manage an array of complex and innovative locational and community-focused initiatives lead by Energy Trusts Communities + New Initiatives (CaNI) Sector within the broader Energy Programs Group. The position will lead cross functional project teams, act as liaison with utilities and other external stakeholders, and produce and manage project-related reporting and documentation.
This position holds the overall view of assigned initiative timeliness and resource utilization for the Communities + New Initiatives Sector, including initiatives that span across specific programs. At the direction of project and program leads, this position builds out project scope and approach along with project plans including key milestones, identifies resource requirements including both internal and external resources, leads cross functional teams in completing plan tasks, and ensures quality and timeliness of initiative and deliverables.
This position may lead other cross functional projects as assigned, with correlating responsibilities.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications in the pay equity assessment to determine equitable salary placement.
Starting Compensation: $77,000 -$96,900
