Sales Representative for MT Solar Racking
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a high energy solar professional to promote our patented pole mounted solar racking to solar installers and distributors. Base salary plus commission on all sales nationwide including through our website. Solar experience required. Do not apply if you do not have experience in the solar industry. Phone and email prospecting and lead followup using Hubspot required. Most of our customers are solar installers and repeat business is the norm.
We have a well earned reputation for being the easiest and fastest solar racking system. Our racking systems can be easily installed at higher ground clearance for easy grounds maintenance and to eliminate the need for fencing or guarding.
**Responsibilities:**
– Utilize your expertise in Hubspot to manage and track sales activities effectively.
– Contact potential leads via phone or email.
– Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic business development plans.
– Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
– Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing innovative sales strategies.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in achieving sales targets.
– Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software for efficient sales management.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
– Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals and partnerships.

– Prior experience in account management to foster long-term client relationships.
