Job Overview:
We are a Solar Installation Company and offer the lowest red lines in the industry resulting in the highest commission payout. We offer a unit bonus structure on top of the commission which is paid on the 10th of every month. We offer 14 day maximum install times. Commissions are paid the day the glass goes on the roof.
We are seeking motivated Solar Consultants and Proven Solar dealers/Sales Teams to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar products and services to residential and commercial customers.
Duties:
– Conduct consultations with potential customers to understand their energy needs
– Provide information on solar products, benefits, and cost savings
– Develop and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service
– Create customized solar proposals for clients
– Utilize sales techniques such as door-to-door sales, presentations, and cold calling to generate leads
– Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience:
– Proven experience in outside sales or customer service
– Fluency in Spanish is a plus
– Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce
– Knowledge of technical sales or energy sales is advantageous
– Previous experience in solar sales is preferred
