Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Professional, also known as our Sustainability Sales, who is excited about World Energys value proposition and is ready to be part of the best ESCO team in the region. A strategic, critical thinker and master of sales, the Sustainability Sales Rep will drive World Energys growth through targeted direct sales.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can tap into their Northeast market expertise and engage key partners. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
The position may require travel throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island to visit customers, conduct on-site assessments, and propose projects via a consultative sales process to close deals. Ideally, this position will have a narrower geographic focus, but flexibility is inherent to the position.
Position has a base salary determined by related and relevant experience plus a lucrative and uncapped commission plan.

This position has a base salary determined by related and relevant experience plus a lucrative uncapped commission plan. A qualified and driven candidate can earn:
$100,000 – $150,000 in total compensation in their first full year. With the lucrative uncapped commission plan, your earning potential is limitless.
