Responsibilities:
– Knock on doors in designated neighborhoods to introduce and educate residents on solar energy benefits
– Communicate effectively with homeowners about the advantages of switching to solar power
– Market solar products and services to generate leads and appointments for sales representatives
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally
– Utilize telemarketing techniques to follow up on leads and schedule appointments
– Negotiate effectively to encourage homeowners to consider solar energy solutions
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in door-to-door sales or a customer-facing role is advantageous
– Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse individuals
– Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required
– Strong supervising skills to lead a team of door knockers effectively
– Familiarity with electioneering or political canvassing is beneficial
