Job Description:

As a Customer Acquisition Specialist at Green Bear Solutions, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing effective customer acquisition strategies across various channels to attract, engage, and convert potential customers into loyal clients. This role offers an opportunity for growth within the company, requiring a combination of analytical skills, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads by gauging interest, collecting contact information, and assessing the prospect’s needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate appointments with homeowners interested in our services to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conducting door-to-door visits within neighborhoods or territories to introduce products/services and initiate conversations with residents or business owners.
  • Monitoring industry trends to stay informed about market changes and opportunities.
  • Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with prospects through friendly and professional interactions, active listening, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for the company by maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor, and adherence to company policies and values during interactions with prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Previous experience in a customer acquisition, marketing, sales, or related role is highly valued. This may include experience with lead generation, customer outreach, digital marketing, or advertising campaigns.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor is important for building rapport with potential clients. Being able to establish trust and make a positive impression can enhance the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
  • This role often involves facing rejection and overcoming obstacles. Candidates should possess resilience, persistence, and the ability to maintain motivation even when encountering challenges.
  • Reliable transportation, valid drivers’ license, and car insurance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $2,000.00 – $6,500.00 per week

Expected hours: 10 40 per week
