My client is a leading company in the Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) industry, committed to creating sustainable energy solutions by converting organic waste into valuable renewable energy. As they continue to expand their portfolio of RNG projects across the United States, I am seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The Construction Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of RNG construction projects nationwide. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in managing large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of RNG construction projects, from initial planning through completion. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Safety Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing safety policies and procedures. Conduct safety meetings and ensure all site personnel adhere to safety protocols.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. Provide regular project updates and address any issues promptly.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges. Implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Ensure all project records are up to date and accessible.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on large-scale industrial or renewable energy projects. Prior experience in RNG or biogas projects is highly desirable.
