Refinery Commissioning Manager

KBR is looking for a Refinery Commissioning Manager to support a giga project development. This role will manage and audit the EPC Contractors Refinery Commissioning Team during phases of pre-commissioning, commissioning, preservation, systems mechanical completion, training, and ready for start-up for the CDU/VDU, RHCU, LPHCU, SGP, KTU/Merox, Sulfur Recovery, SWS Units. Ensure commissioning activities meet requirements to complete the project schedule as designed. The Refinery Commissioning Manager will audit CSU Contractor Team during operational test performance. This role will act on Aramco behalf to manage and audit HSSE activities, SIMOPS and permit to work related procedures.
The Refinery Commissioning Manager will support the Construction and Engineering Teams with commissioning and startup related inputs. Being an interface Aramco and EPCs, this position requires a deep understanding of the licensor technology combined with excellent communication and leadership skills. This role will manage and control PC&C activities to achieve desired targets in conformity within established cost, quality, schedules, process performance and loss prevention.
