JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the United States market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the US market landscape.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the US market.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the US sales team to maximize their potential and drive performance excellence.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to increase market share and revenue.
  • Increase business by generating Sales to Solar Installer Market and on-board Solar Installer.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to continuously optimize sales strategies and improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Experience in B2B sakes to Solar Installer is a plus

  • Proven track record of at least [3] years in sales management roles, preferably in the Solar Industry/Renewable Energy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
