JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking competent and experienced personnel to join our SITE Landscaping Division in Arecibo, Puerto Rico.

OBJECTIVES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Superintendent: Responsible for overseeing landscaping operations, managing teams, and ensuring projects run smoothly.

Project Manager: Coordinates and oversees landscaping projects, from planning to execution.

Estimators: Analyze project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates.

Labourers: Perform physical tasks such as planting, mowing, and maintaining outdoor spaces.

Equipment Operators: Operate machinery like excavators, tractors, and mowers for landscaping tasks.

REQUIRED SKILLS and PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skills
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft word, Excel, and scheduling software if required for our position.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing including marijuana.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Spanish both verbally and in writing
• Must be fit-for-duty.

TRAVEL & SCHEDULE

• Willing to travel if required.
