Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and follow up with prospects through business development activities.
• Coordinate meetings with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Close sales using negotiation skills and meet revenue targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Track sales activities and manage customer relationships using technology tools and software.
• Conduct site inspections on client homes in order to create accurate proposals.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and drivers license
• Background or interest in sales, preferably in roofing
• Personable and naturally outgoing personality
• Open minded and ambitious
• Has the desire to mentor others after perfecting their skillset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 40 per week
