The Department of American Studies invites applications for a lecturer to teach intro to Urban Studies in the colleges semester abroad program UTNY (UT in New York) for the Fall semester of academic year 2024-25. This position is based at the UTNY campus in New York City, NY, with appointment dates of 8/16/24-12/31/24. This is a part-time position for one semester, but may be renewable based upon budgetary funding, performance, and programmatic need.
A graduate degree in American Studies, or related field, and experience teaching at the college level are required.
