POSITION SUMMARY
Payroll Specialist will have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate weekly time entry and accurately processing payroll.
Analyze weekly payroll reports to confirm accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
File certified payroll reports with applicable state entities.
Assist with onboarding and completing employment verifications.
Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. During our peak season, overtime may be required. The Payroll Specialist is under the direct supervision of the Division Controller.

Position Requirements
Experience in payroll and/or accounting is preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, and high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Experience with accounting software.
