POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Moss’ Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be an integral part of our Early Careers team. This individual will be responsible for all activities related to entry level and intern hiring. Moss hires hundreds of Interns annually and is focused on an exceptional experience for each student. Its an exciting time to join our Ft. Lauderdale-based Talent Acquisition team at Moss during the busy campus event season!
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinating 15-20+ campus events, ensuring materials are boxed and shipped to each school prior to the event; receiving materials following the event
  • Support and collaborate heavily with the College Recruiting Team in organizing, sourcing internship candidates, escalating inquires, managing calendar activities and HR reporting
  • Create, review, and extend offer letters to internship candidates
  • Ensure a high-touch, positive experience to all candidates, hiring managers, school contacts, and other related stakeholders
  • Maintain meticulous tracking of each candidates progress, and escalated issues
  • Provide proactive updates regarding status of onboarding to Hiring Managers and candidates throughout each process
  • Prioritize all requests and projects in addition to working independently to resolve and/or connect with the appropriate support
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR and personnel-related data
  • Perform as an ambassador for program interns and offer exceptional customer service for HR queries
  • Provide Internship Program metrics, such as offers per school, demographics, return on investment, full-time conversion, and intern feedback/surveys
  • Coordinate meetings, run of shows, content review sessions, research pitches, resume reviews, fact findings, and function/new hire presentations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to commit to 15 percent travel (building relationships with college officials, jobsite visits, regional offices, etc.)
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills and business acumen
  • Experience in HR/Talent Acquisition industry or similar
  • Experience supporting Internship Programs/Early Career Programs is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track progress of each request
  • MS Office (Word, Excel) proficiency; experience with Workday a plus
  • Autonomous, self-starter who can perform in a dynamic and fluid environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Experience with high volume database management
  • Efficiently manage tasks under strict deadlines, demonstrating strong work ethic and maturity
  • Excel in organization and attention to detail, executing plans from start to finish
