We are in search of a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and help amplify our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to proactively identify and engage prospective clients through referrals, networking, and targeted outreach in designated territories.
  • Customer Engagement: Oversee the sales team’s consultations with clients to understand their energy requirements, evaluate solar installation potential, and tailor solutions to their financial and sustainability goals.
  • Sales Excellence: Ensure the team crafts and delivers compelling sales presentations, highlighting the long-term benefits and cost savings of our solar solutions.
  • Customer Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed of industry trends, technological advancements, and policy changes to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and a knowledgeable leader to the sales team.
  • Collaborative Projects: Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project outcomes and optimal customer experiences.
  • Sales Goals: Drive the team to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing significantly to Ohm Solar’s growth and success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role within the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading and managing a sales team, with strong mentorship abilities.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales roles, with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and nurture customer relationships.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting sales objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 – $400,000.00 per year
