Job Description

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, currently has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a 3rd – 6th year associate in the Corporate practice of our Austin, TX office. This candidate’s practice will include 3 or more years of experience working on construction contracts of various types, including engineering, EPC, EPCM, equipment supply, operation and maintenance contracts. This role will primarily focus on supporting the engineering and construction aspect of transition and renewable energy project development.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, possess strong drafting skills and contract analysis capabilities, have the ability to analyze and synthesize new information, and have an interest in the energy industry. An associate will thrive in this position if they are comfortable operating as part of a team, enjoy taking ownership and responsibility for their work, seek feedback and training, have great communication and organizational skills, and are self-motivated to provide excellent substantive work and client service.
