Role & Responsibilities

• Drive development, coordination and delivery of regional sustainability learning programs with key business line audiences across JLL Stakeholder management, including aligning/managing for projects, acting as POC for business line learning needs plus serving as L&D expert, sharing best practices and advocating for our programsDevelop new programs with instructional designers and business stakeholders, including creating and communicating briefs, script writing and filmingDeep understanding of sustainability L&D programs, existing content and resourcesOwn project plans and management Work with the business to engage, excite and motivate learners to learn and embed these new skills in their work Monitor & track performance metrics, leverage workforce analytics to draw connections and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations Facilitate live learning sessions both virtual and face to faceKey Skills and Competencies
• Connecting with stakeholders and SMEs from a variety of backgrounds and levels of seniority Experience in and knowledge of sustainability and/or net zero carbon on the built environmentUnderstanding of JLL teams, how they connect with others and how sustainability intersects with their work.Using available content, resources, and technology to meet business needs Bring practical and global perspective creatively make learning programs accessible to a broad employee base Work independently on a variety of projects to drive rapid execution
