The Job You Will Perform:
- Reports and works with a regional manager and assigned team lead, to provide technical support of client infrastructure and software for the Cedar River mill and (3) three other sites in Iowa including Des Moines Recycling, Waterloo Container and Cedar Rapids Container. This role will work with facility manager or site contact to set priorities.
- Travel to the sites is necessary as needed for support and project work. Up to 20% travel required to support locations.
- Support approximately 300 PCs and laptops along with approximately 200 other devices including VMUs, network devices and printers.
- Manage day to day break/fix of workstations, servers, RF devices, printers and other network attached devices.
- Perform assigned project tasks or set of actions for completion of project within defined timelines.
- Includes but not limited to installation, configuration, and/or moves of supported standard devices or implementation of a process.
- Perform assigned tasks for installation and configuration of standard devices as part of the refresh lifecycle management programs for Workstations, Printers, RF, Servers and Network Switches and Access Points.
- Requires general to little direct supervision and capable of handling any routine to highly technical problem with demonstrated adequate to good communication skills.
- Maintain documentation for the facility, including inventory, ticket tracking, and time tracking.
- Act as the liaison with Information Technology second and third level support groups to assist in expediting the support process.
- Daily on-call for the primary location of Cedar River Mill. Rotation of on-call support for the region up to 4 weeks per year.

- 5+ years of related Information Systems experience
