Provide licensing support to project management to enable effective project execution.

Business Impact: Influences the performance of project teams within more complex projects by providing specialized advice and carrying out work that impacts project-wide outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Qualified Contractor license holder.
Innovation and Change: Solves problems and supports modifications to systems and processes that require specialized knowledge in project licensing, providing operational insights to enhance project outcomes.
Teamwork and Leadership: Guides less experienced team members and develops a professional network across the company to share expertise and best practices related to requirements for project licensing.
Communication and Networking: Develops ongoing relationships and channels information to appropriate stakeholders, training them on project-related content related to project licensing requirements.

For applicants that reside in California, the salary range range is $96,774 – $118,280.
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Eligibility to participate in: the discretionary incentive plan assigned to the level of position upon offer of employment; medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plan and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms; Company-paid benefits such as life insurance, short- and long-term disability, subject to applicable waiting periods. Paid time off (PTO) is accrued on a per-pay period basis in accordance with tenure in the Company; a new hire can expect 17 days per year. Twelve (12) Company-paid holidays.
