Job Purpose
The Reliability Compliance Analyst will maintain the compliance of Pattern’s resources to applicable FERC Regulations, NERC Reliability Standards, ISO/RTO market rules and other compliance requirements that relate to reliability through research, data collection, analysis, compliance document organization, and compliance submissions to the appropriate reliability entities.
This position oversees development, analysis, maintenance and training of Pattern’s policies, procedures, standards and other systematic preventive measures developed to ensure adherence with applicable reliability compliance requirements and industry best practices.
Furthermore, the analyst will prepare reports and presentation materials on Pattern’s reliability compliance activities for internal and external business partners .

Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
The expected starting pay range for this role is $80,000 – $108,000 USD. This range is an estimate and base pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to base pay, Pattern’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of all levels.
