You have completed a BS or BA Degree in a technical or business discipline. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a closely related role for at least 12 years as well as a large network of connections in the nuclear industry. You have demonstrated senior level sales and customer relationship experience and can develop client relationships from the technical/operational departments to the C-Level of an organization and can be viewed as a “Trusted Advisor” by the Customer. Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Customer Accounts Manager (Western Region) in Richland, WA or Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Customer & Stakeholder Affairs Business Line in the Corporate Business Unit. Your work will include:

  • Develop and maintain substantial positive client relationships from the technical/operational plant departments to the C-Level. Should be viewed as a “Trusted Advisor” by the Customer.
  • Master customer organization, decision making and validation processes and make this information available to Framatome teams.
  • Actively support the promotion of Framatome products and solutions as per business unit development strategies within customer organization and directly contributes to the early identification of new opportunities and markets Based on business units inputs and instructions and with his contribution, they are the owner of the Account plan and the related detailed action plans set on 1 year and 3-year time span. Communicates the Value Proposition to the customer.
  • Actively contribute to defining with the business unit the winning prices for Framatome offers and actively contribute to the definition of offers strategies and tactics as well as efficient partnerships strategies.
  • Actively contribute in the effort to defend Framatome offers and closing orders.
  • Actively contribute to filling and maintaining CRM data and information, in a coordinated manner with Framatome business units.
  • Expert knowledge of the customer’s process, people, standards and habits and in that role is expected to spend most of its time with customers
  • Participate on Framatome validation committees.
  • Integrate their activities, missions and goals within business unit’s activities, missions and goals and utilize their Customer knowledge and intimacy to provide insights to the business unit for innovative customer solutions in the frame of business development.
  • Is the key conduit to ensure Framatome executives develop and maintain relationships with the Customer, arranging for periodic face to face interactions multiple times within the year and as appropriate considering the current and potential business along with other considerations.
  • Attain and review the Customers’ CapEx and O&M plans to identify opportunities for Framatome.
  • Contribute to Capture Plan & Closure Plan development in coordination with the business unit Sales Teams

Framatome’s Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $143,000 – $202,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
