Senior Sales Engineer, Battery Energy Storage

Key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):

• Collaborate with colleagues to translate customer needs into technical proposals
• Design high-level system drawings and layouts for effective solutions
• Create bills-of-material and labor cost estimates
• Develop a deep understanding of energy storage technologies to support the Sales team
• Support projects from design to execution phase
• Conduct training sessions for internal and external teams on the company’s Energy battery storage solutions
• Provide technical support to the sales team during client interactions

Required and desired skillsets, experience, and qualifications for this role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in energy storage, solar, power generation, or industrial EPC works
• Ability to address complex technical challenges and communicate findings clearly
• Proficiency in developing technical and financial models using Excel
• Comfort with independent work and moderate travel requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English (German proficiency is a plus)
• Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create Excel trackers, and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person.
