Director Structured Finance

About the Company: Cybernetic Search has been tasked with finding a Director of Structured Finance for one of our premium renewable energy – solar utility scale clients.

About the Role: If you have specific experience in these areas, this role could be for you:

• 8-10 years Structured Finance (tax equity) experience.
• 4-6 years renewable energy project finance experience, with direct work experience in financial modeling, tax equity and debt structuring, and accounting required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. MBA or CFA is beneficial.
