Senior Solar Electrical Superintendent – Southeast, USA – Skills: ECP, Utility-Scale Solar, PV, Photovoltaic – 120k base salary + full benefits, travel accommodations, company car, mileage compensation.

Imagine yourself working with one of the biggest and fastest solar companys in the world. In this role you would have the opportunity to manage and work on award-winning projects. With multiple regional offices across the US, you would be traveling from site to site, working with an advanced team of superintendents that would report back to you, and oversee project completion.

The role & company

• 3-4 week travel rotations across the US
• Manage multiple utility scale solar projects
• Create and distribute best practices for electrical field ops.
• Manage procurement and engineering schedules
• Pre-construction site visit coordination
• Interview and onboard new personnel
• Assist in scheduling shared resources amongst projects

Requirements (desirable, not essential)

• 3+ years experience as General Superintendent on utility scale solar projects
• Journeyman or masters license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• STS-C Certification at a minimum (or ability to obtain within 6 months)Experience with multiple direct reports
• Bachelor’s in construction management, engineering, or related field is a plus
