This opportunity is with Adams Power in Denmark, WI. The Generator Electrician is a highly motivated individual that has experience necessary to perform the electrical components of installations to the highest industry standards in homes and business throughout our target market.

This field position requires operating inside and outside, year-round and must be able to complete jobs under stressful conditions. The person filling this role must have a passion for execution. The Generator Electrician attends Team and Company Huddles, weekly L10 Meetings and Production Meetings as necessary and supports the mission of the company.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Quality Control of the electrical components of each installation project, including passing inspections.
  • Coordinate with Production Manager on all required steps of the project
  • Responsible for the electrical components of the installation checklist.
  • Verification and submission of the electrical materials used on project to Installation Lead
  • The Electrician is responsible to ensure that the electrical components in the trailer is set for each installation.

Minimum Education And Experience Requirements

  • At least 1 year of on-the-job Generator Installation experience.
  • Good and effective communication skills
  • Good analytical and organizational abilities are of great importance
  • Possess good leadership ability, as well as ability to work as part of a team or even lead a team when called upon
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications
  • Ability to be proactive and also to foresee events and react appropriately towards them
  • The ability to multitask and strategize in different situations is also relevant
  • Ability to work and carry out projects within a stipulated time frame or deadline
