As Assistant Property Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day property management and building operations of the One Williams Center complex and other owned properties. The ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and collaborate and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners are keys to success!

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Evaluates the condition of the buildings and grounds to ensure maintenance services are properly performed
  • Coordinates repairs and maintenance projects as the need arises
  • Assists in preparing bid packages, purchase orders and contracts for a number of services in the building complex
  • Maintains and updates lease and license files
  • Ensures timely completion of service requests with a focus on maintaining a high-level of customer service
  • Assists with preparation and tracking of budgets
  • Processes monthly utility bills information for all WHB properties and provide utilities consumption report to internal accounting team
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of one (1) year experience commercial property management, facilities, or other related work experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate or related field and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in commercial property management, facilities, or other related work experience

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Demonstrates discretion in communicating sensitive information
  • Understands accounting and financial reports
  • Preferred: Experience developing and administering building security and life safety procedures
  • Preferred: Experience operating a multi-tenant facility
  • Preferred: Experience preparing, reading, and understanding real estate financial reports
