Job title: Operations Manager 

Salary Range: $125,000 – $150,000 + Performance-Based Incentives

Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing project timelines, ensuring top-notch project quality, and coordinating cross-functional teams. This role requires expertise in optimizing processes, implementing efficiency improvements, and maintaining strict adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all operational aspects of solar installation projects, including systems design, permitting, procurement, and construction.
  • Ensure projects are executed within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to streamline project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in project management and operations within the renewable energy industry, with a strong background in solar installations.
  • Familiarity with systems design, permitting processes, construction management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
