Responsibilities:
– Collaborate closely with potential and existing customers, guiding homeowners through the significance of solar energy and actively securing their business.
– Educate consumers on the advantages of solar energy, emphasizing cost savings, environmental benefits, and clean energy initiatives.
– Demonstrate proficiency in presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
– Utilize provided warm leads daily, supplemented with personal leads and referrals.
– Ensure effective communication with customers throughout the sales and installation process to maintain a high standard of service.
Qualifications:
– While experience in solar sales is preferred, it is not mandatory. We prioritize individuals with the personality traits essential for success in this dynamic field.
– Previous sales experience, particularly with high-value items (exceeding $10,000), is advantageous but not obligatory.
– Demonstrated enthusiasm and high energy levels throughout the sales cycle.
– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
– Possession of persuasive abilities, persistence, competitiveness, and a strong work ethic.
– Willingness to be coached and a commitment to continuous learning.
