O&M Supervisor

Viridan Group is working with an exciting global developer of solar, wind, and battery storage. Given recent project success, the firm is bolstering its Asset Management team and in search of a Site Operations Supervisor.

The Site Superintendent will oversee the daily operations of a 100 MW solar facility in La Fayette, AL.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily schedules and assignments for work activities
• Supervise technicians and other employees on-site
• Directly manage a team of four technicians
• Responsible for all Quality Control activities on-site
• Assist technicians in optimizing the performance of the solar site, and troubleshooting issues
• Provide guidance and leadership, providing measurable goals and standards for all field employees

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant leadership or supervisory experience in the power generation or field construction industries
• Solar Experience is preferred
• Familiar using Microsoft Office

Compensation

• Base Salary
• 30% Bonus
