Job Discription

1. Identify and control the maintainability risk in each phase of product development;
2. Provide support to the sales department on customer developing and contract signing, decompose tasks to internal teams;
3. Internal resource coordination of market-side problems;
4. Promote the digital intelligence of service technology-related work;Technical guidance for complex on-site failure;
5. Formulate maintenance technical document;
6. Cross-departmental communication to solve quality problems;
7. Process and standard formulation of technology-related business.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in Science and Engineering (Power Electronics, Communication, Electrical, Mechanical and Automation is preferred);
2. Have project management knowledge and understand the working principle of battery products;
3. Be familiar with troubleshooting ideas of battery products, and master the standard usage of common tools and diagnostic equipment;
4. Background of lithium battery, energy storage system, UPS and inverter products;
5. Proficiency in English;
6. Good communication skills,accept frequent business trips.
