The Schedule

Your typical full-time schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Your Role

As our Solar Sales Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our team’s success. From recruiting top-tier talent to leading transformative training sessions, your days will be filled with exhilarating challenges and rewarding victories. With your strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail, you’ll analyze performance metrics to uncover insights that propel us toward even greater heights.

Our Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in phone sales management
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management software
• Clean driving record
• Preferred: Experience in roofing/solar, construction, or related industries
