Our client is in search of a talented and motivated individual to join its team as an asset management analyst or associate, with the title determined based on experience. Our client stands as a prominent owner and operator of renewable energy projects nationwide, boasting a portfolio that encompasses over 70 projects with a collective capacity exceeding 8 gigawatts. The role is primarily located in the Denver office, remote work options may be available. It presents an opportunity to engage in the development, acquisition, and management of renewable energy assets within a supportive and inclusive work culture. As part of the Asset Management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing asset performance and contributing to the firm’s portfolio growth. The Role:
Your role will be pivotal in guaranteeing the efficient and optimal functioning of renewable energy generation assets. Tasks encompass overseeing financial performance, enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring contract compliance, and managing counterparty reporting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to implementing best practices and evaluating the financial well-being of renewable energy assets. You’ll coordinate closely with operations and maintenance teams to swiftly address operational issues and equipment failures, strategize to enhance asset reliability and performance and conduct regular inspections to uphold safety regulations and industry standards.
Additionally, you’ll monitor revenue generation, operating costs, and budget adherence, preparing financial reports and forecasts to identify avenues for revenue optimization. Collaboration with finance and accounting teams will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. Contract management will also be part of your responsibilities, involving monitoring compliance, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with legal and procurement teams.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting analysis will guide the development and implementation of strategies to maximize energy output, minimize equipment failures, and prolong asset lifespan. Staying abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes will be crucial to ensuring compliance and capitalizing on new opportunities within the role.

$100,000 to $130,000 plus bonus
