About the role
Reworld is a world leader in sustainable waste management and renewable energy. Reworld’s 45 Energy-from-Waste (EfW) facilities provide communities and businesses around the world with an environmentally sound solution to their solid waste disposal needs by using waste to generate clean, renewable energy.
The role of Shift Supervisor at Reworld Waste in Indianapolis must foster an environment of Safety, Environmental Stewardship, and a commitment to our customers. As a leadership role this person must be able to direct his team through mentoring and coaching to develop excellence in the operation of an EfW facility.
