Provides legal counsel and advice to the Company on matters relating to the construction of offshore wind projects, including the Company’s Vineyard Wind 1 project, currently in construction off the coast of Massachusetts. Advises the company on complex legal matters relating to the negotiation and drafting of construction and procurement contracts for offshore wind projects and resolution of construction disputes. Monitors, negotiates, and drafts construction and procurement documents, including change orders, variations, contract amendments and similar agreements. Prosecutes or manages, as necessary, litigation and arbitration involving the Company and in particular, matters involving offshore wind project construction.
