The Senior Executive Assistant will be a valued member of the leadership team of the North American division of Edged Data Centers. We are looking for someone who can operate independently yet very collaboratively with the Edged Senior Leadership Team and the broader Endeavour ecosystem.

The Senior Executive Assistant needs to be an agile, team-focused individual, with proven professionalism, who is comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and works equally as well independently as with a team. Edged is a fast-growing global network of sustainability focused, zero-water data centers that leads the industry in energy efficiency. Edged is backed by a deep proprietary technology stack including advanced waterless cooling, renewable microgrid systems, ultra-clean generators, and waste-to-fuel solutions. Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

  • responsible for heavy calendar management across multiple senior executives, requiring interaction with both internal and external leaders and assistants to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings.
  • and edit agendas and presentations; tracking action items from team meetings; preparing meeting background documents; scheduling and tracking time sensitive deadlines.
  • extensive domestic and occasional international travel arrangements, prepare expense reports.
  • and respond to internal and external inquiries and requests.
  • extremely confidential information and exercise superior judgment, tact, diplomacy and discretion on all matters.
  • and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, executive and Board related events, and other company functions.
  • research and supporting special projects.
  • cross functional teams including HR with planning and coordination of company events.
  • as much as possible by observing and listening so that you can identify areas of inefficiency and be proactive in suggesting and implementing solutions for improvement.

Skills & Requirements

Education / Experience

  • years in a similar role supporting C level executives.
  • degree preferred.
  • computer and organizational skills, superior attention to detail and follow through, and a talent for multi-tasking. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • be able to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment and have the ability to switch gears quickly.
  • and professional demeanor and communication style, both oral and written
  • to learn new systems quickly (i.e. Monday.com)
  • organizational & problem-solving skills —able to prioritize, plan, and perform multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • able to make decisions, and manages time well.
  • interpersonal skills, good listener, and always receptive to constructive feedback.
  • handling communications over multiple time zones.
  • with schedule and able to work odd/off hours as necessary.
  • about challenges, comfortable with change, and eager to learn.
  • well under pressure, meets deadlines, and sees projects through to completion.
